Lawrence Technological University is a private university in Southfield, Michigan. It was founded in 1932 in Highland Park, Michigan, as the Lawrence Institute of Technology by Russell E. Lawrence. The university moved to Southfield in 1955 and has since expanded to 107 acres.

Lawrence Tech faculty  will help you sharpen your skills in all aspects of computer and electrical engineering so that you can take your place in this vital field and create next-generation products, services and information systems, continuing to fuel our technology driven world.

Two Degree Options:

Coursework only: requiring 16 hours of core courses and 16 hours of technical electives.

Coursework plus thesis: requiring a combination 20 credit hours of any of the core and technical electives courses, plus a ten-credit-hour thesis for a total of 30 credit hours.

Courses are offered in late afternoon and evenings for the convenience of working students.
