Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, at Aberystwyth University, involves the development of artificial systems, and is becoming increasingly relevant in commercial and domestic life.Examples of current and emerging artificial systems include home robots (for entertainment or assisting those with special needs), supply chain management systems, robots used in medical practice, robots in space, on land and at sea. Researchers from Aberystwyth have been active in all these areas. You will grasp the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, in a supportive learning environment, with the opportunity to jump start your career with your Integrated Year in Industrial and Professional Training.

Academic:

Standard XII Certificate from recognised central or state board:75 % in year XII Std. Some courses may have subject specific requirements in addition to the above


English Language: 

Minimum of 70% in English at Year XII standard level if awarded by CBSE or CISCE central boards, or West Bengal, Karnataka, and Maharashtra state boards within 5 years of the proposed course start date.

Alternatively, applicants are required to provide evidence of IELTS, or equivalent accepted test, at 6.0 – 6.5 or above overall score, and meet specific minimum component requirements depending on the course applied for.

If you require help or assistance with your English then our International English Centre will be pleased to offer assistance and guidance. The Centre offers an intensive full-time course available before you commence your degree and provides ongoing support throughout the duration of your studies
