Post University is a private for-profit university in Waterbury, Connecticut. It was founded in 1890 as Post College. The university offers over 25 undergraduate and graduate programs in day, evening, and online courses.

Would you like to take the next step in your business education? The Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Post University may be for you. In addition to learning opportunities designed to build up your business acumen and improve your leadership skills, your graduate education requires no entrance exam. Whether you choose the on-campus or online MBA—no GMAT is required.​

This MBA program uses project-based learning—an educational approach featuring real-world projects—to give you the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations for hands-on experience in solving complex business problems. Core coursework for the program covers what it takes to strengthen your understanding of key areas of business, from organizational management to strategic planning. International Admissions Requirements

All documentation required for admissions must be submitted to the Office of International Admissions. Prospective international applicants seeking enrollment must submit an application and copies of official secondary and/or college transcripts. All foreign documents must be in English and receive an evaluation to ensure the applicant meets United States educational standards. English proficiency test scores may need to be submitted as part of the admissions application process.

Student Visa Requirements and F-1 Process for Main Campus Students

Students accepted as Main Campus students will be issued an I-20 for their program of study.  Once accepted, to obtain a Form I-20, the applicant must provide:

A copy of the passport information page with a photograph.

A completed Declaration of Finances form.

Proof of sufficient financial resources through bank statements, letter of government scholarship award, or letter of employer sponsorship.

The date of the financial documentation must be within six (6) months of the time of submission.

Applicants must be accepted for admission before Post University is permitted under federal guidelines to issue an I-20 for a visa appointment.

Post University Student Health Form

Before the applicant’s arrival on campus, all Main Campus applicants must submit a completed Health Form to and receive approval from Post University’s Health Services Director.  The Health Form must confirm that all required immunizations are in place. Students must also have a completed health form and be approved by the Post University’s Health Services Director to move into a residence hall and attend class. Transfer of I-20

International students wishing to transfer to Post University as Main Campus students must request an I-20 transfer from their current institution once the student has been accepted. The I-20 must be in active status for Post University to accept the I-20 transfer. Applicants must then submit all required documents to allow Post University to issue an I-20 at Post University. Transfer Credits

Applicants requesting consideration for transfer credits from institutions outside the United States must submit an evaluation from an accredited transcript evaluation organization, which includes a course-by-course academic report. The evaluation report is required by the end of the first term (or semester for Main Campus students) of the student’s attendance for the transfer credits to be considered.
