Our human resources management program provides you with a deep and broad understanding of all aspects of this critical field, with emphasis on the evolution of 21st-century human resources management and its role in today's global economy. You'll gain insights from faculty who are world-renowned management professionals.

The program offers a solid foundation in the core principles of human resources management. Students are exposed to managerial and organizational concepts, management science and production management concepts, organizational behavior concepts, and business strategy. Learn from professors such as Ibraiz Tarique, PhD who brings his research on international joint venture system complexity into his classes on human resources management and training and development. Employment law, group relations, interviewing techniques, and the human dimension of international management are among the elective areas that students may explore in the program.
