The University of Arizona (Arizona, U of A, UArizona, or UA) is a public land-grant research university in Tucson, Arizona, United States. Founded in 1885 by the 13th Arizona Territorial Legislature, it was the first university in the Arizona Territory. The University of Arizona is one of three universities governed by the Arizona Board of Regents. As of Fall 2023, the university enrolled 53,187 students in 19 separate colleges/schools, including the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson along with the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix and the James E. Rogers College of Law. The university is classified among "R1: Doctoral Universities – Very High Research Activity". UA also is a member of the Association of American Universities. The University of Arizona is affiliated with two academic medical centers, Banner – University Medical Center Tucson and Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix. Known as the Arizona Wildcats (often shortened to "Cats"), the UA's intercollegiate athletic teams were members of the Pac-12 Conference of the NCAA. The university joined the Big 12 Conference on August 2, 2024.[8] UA athletes have won national titles in several sports, most notably men's basketball, baseball, and softball.

Data-driven techniques result in improved strategic planning because they allow business leaders to make better-informed decisions, identify trends, predict outcomes and more. The Master of Science in Business Analytics program builds a foundation on core business principles, developing effective, data-centric decision-makers who have the skills employers are looking for in a global marketplace. It also offers the opportunity for real-world applications, including a summer internship. Dual-degree options are available.

For domestic students a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. For international students an US comparable Bachelor's degree.
GPA score of 3.0 or higher (for the last 60 units completed)
GMAT or GRE score (No minimum score requirement. Test must have been taken within the last five years of intended term of enrollment)
TOEFL minimum score: 80 internet based testing (for international applicants only who have not graduated from a U.S.A. institution. Test must have been taken within two years of the intended term of enrollment).
Supporting application documentation needed include:
1. Two letters of recommendation or recommdators must answer a set list of questions regarding the applicants academic and professional competency.
2. Resume which includes work experience with dates of employment
3. Official GMAT or GRE scores (test must have been taken within the last five years of intended term of enrollment) *Waived in place of a short interview for Summer 2024 start
4. Official transcripts from all institutions attended
5. Official degree(s)/diploma(s) from all institutions attended
6. Completed Graduate College Application
