Kennesaw State University (KSU) is a public research university in the state of Georgia with two campuses in the Atlanta metropolitan area, one in Kennesaw and the other in Marietta on a combined 581 acres (235 ha) of land. The school was founded in 1963 by the Georgia Board of Regents using local bonds and a federal space-grant during a time of major Georgia economic expansion after World War II. KSU also holds classes at the Cobb Galleria Centre, Dalton State College, and in Paulding County (Dallas).[6] The total enrollment exceeds 45,000 students making KSU the third-largest university by enrollment in Georgia.

  • ENGLISH REQUIRMENT - IELTS - 6.5; PTE - 52; Duolingo - 110; TOFEL - 80
  • Transcripts - Official transcripts from EACH College and/or University you have attended.  Must be in a sealed envelope from the institution or sent electronically from the institution directly to ksugrad@kennesaw.edu.
  • Statement of Purpose - (Can be uploaded into the online application)

  • Letters of Recommendation (optional, but strongly recommended) - (2) (Can be sent electronically through the online application) Suggestions for Letters:  employers, supervisors, professors.
  • Deadlines - Throughout the year, we welcome new applicants with different application deadlines. The deadline for the Summer semester is April 1st, for Fall it is July 1st, and for Spring it is November 1st. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis within 2-3 weeks after submission. Application deadlines are the dates at which applications and required documents are due to the Office of Graduate Admissions.  All required application materials, including letters of recommendation (if required), must be submitted to the Office of Graduate Admissions on or before your program of interest’s deadline.

Applicants are encouraged to submit their completed online application, including supplemental materials, early to allow sufficient time for application processing.  The Graduate College is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
