Essay - A personal statement of at most 500 words that explains why you are applying to the Computational Mathematics and Statistics program and provides any other information you wish the admissions committee to have.
Letters of Recommendation - Students must submit two letters of recommendation, at least one of which should be from a reference who can comment meaningfully on your prior academic performance.

GMAT/GRE Scores (Test-Optional Admission) - You may choose to submit a GMAT or GRE score if you do not think your work experience or academic performance accurately reflects your potential for success in graduate study. Although the GMAT/GRE are not required for admission, they may be required for consideration for merit-based funding opportunities.
TOEFL/IELTS Scores (International students only) - TOEFL is 90 ; IELTS is 7 ; Duolingo is 115.
