Taught by leaders in the field, our Health Science degree provides you with a strong knowledge base through detailed coursework and hands-on laboratory training in anatomy and physiology, medical microbiology, behavioral science, public health, healthcare management, research methods, social work, and bioethics.
In this program, you will:

Local and global teaching trips offer opportunities for service learning, as well as exposure to diverse cultures and global health and wellness services. Established partnerships with organizations outside of the United States enable students to engage in an international dialogue and gain insight into the state of global healthcare.
Extra-curricular activities provide learning experiences outside of the classroom, on campus, and in the local community. The Division of Nursing and Health Professions, as well as the Public Health Club and Biology Club, organizes several health-focused and community service events throughout the year.
