Accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, our program offers core requirements that deliver a solid foundation in problem solving, computer programming, embedded systems, microprocessors, and system-on-chip design. Electives include software engineering, artificial intelligence, and the opportunity to integrate knowledge from Economics, Electrical Engineering, and Mathematics.

All Previous Secondary Schools - Minimum GPA - 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

STEM and nursing majors need at least 3 years of high school math and Math grades B or better (4 years of math recommended)

- TOEFL (61), IELTS (5.5, no sub-score below 5.5), PTE (43) or Duolingo (95) - Official Scores Only

- Duolingo is accepted but the score cannot be entered on the official Cal State application. Please submit the application and then release an official score to CSULB.

- ACT/SAT Optional

- Copy of Passport

- Portfolio or Audition (Program-Specific)
