About the Program

Started in 2022, this program is designed to prepare graduates for a variety of careers within the environmental engineering field, creating expertise in water quality and management, pollution mitigation control, air quality control, renewable energy sources, and policies and regulations governing industry and government.

Direct Entry Requirements

- Required for all applicants. Please have the student email the completed form to CSULB's International Recruitment Office at cie-apply@csulb.edu

All Previous Secondary Schools - Minimum GPA - 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

STEM and nursing majors need at least 3 years of high school math and Math grades B or better (4 years of math recommended)

- TOEFL (61), IELTS (5.5, no sub-score below 5.5), PTE (43) or Duolingo (95) - Official Scores Only

- Duolingo is accepted but the score cannot be entered on the official Cal State application. Please submit the application and then release an official score to CSULB.

- ACT/SAT Optional

- Copy of Passport

- Portfolio or Audition (Program-Specific)
